Return Policy
Return Address: All returns must be sent to PurrfectBackup’s designated return facility. If a different return address is used, the buyer will be responsible for managing and receiving the returned shipment. Please contact us for return address details
Wrong Address: If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to us. The buyer will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated and valid address.
Customer-Initiated Returns: Please contact us before attempting any return. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1 week of placement as it is made to order. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel and issue a full refund.

Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Processing Issues: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
International Shipping & Customs Duties
For international orders, please note the following:
- Customs Duties & Taxes: All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. PurrfectBackup does not cover or reimburse these charges.
- Customs Delays: We are not liable for any delays, holds, or confiscations by customs authorities. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local import regulations.
Additional Notes
EU Consumers Notification: According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, PurrfectBackup reserves the right to deny returns at its sole discretion for customized products.
Language: This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of translations or local adaptations.
